Amarillo Gorillas News Release
Amarillo, TX 1/14/08 - The Amarillo Gorillas will be out and about in the community this week, with player appearances scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday night (15th & 16th). The Gorillas Director of Community Relations Alie Kordof has announced that the team will be available to meet and greet fans of all ages at various locations throughout the rest of the season, starting this week with appearances at Fazoli's and Basildoc's pizza shop.
On Tuesday, January 15th, the Gorillas will have players at Fazoli's Restaurant on Soncy, and kids are invited to come out and take part in a coloring party with Grant Selinger, Chad Grisdale and Dan McWhinney. The players will be on hand to sign autographs and meet fans from 6:30-7:30 at Fazoli's, located at 2512 S. Soncy Road.
On Wednesday, January 16th, the Gorillas will be out at Basildoc's pizzeria, as Chris Martini and Marcus Reszka will be signing autographs from 6-7 PM. Basildoc's is located at 2803 Civic Circle.
