Goldeyes Return Home for Three Games Against Gary

WINNIPEG - After their longest road trip of the year, a three-city, eleven-day marathon, the Winnipeg Goldeyes return to the friendly confines of Shaw Park tonight to start a three-game series against the Gary SouthShore RailCats.
Home Advantage: After starting the season 3-1 at home, the Goldeyes went 5-5 on the road trip and are hoping that Shaw Park translates to immediate success for a team still searching for consistency.
About the 'Cats: The RailCats have started the season with a 6-7 record, but come into the series having won two in a row. Gary sits tied for third place in Central Division.
Fireworks: Following tonight's game, Archangel Fireworks will once again put on a stunning fireworks display for all the fans at Shaw Park. Make sure to come down and stay after the game for what's sure to be a thrilling show. Archangel Fireworks will have fireworks shows at this and seven more home games this season, including following Tuesday night's game against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks.
Fishing Rod Giveaway: The first 300 fans in attendance to Saturday's game will receive a voucher for a free Shimano Fishing Rod courtesy of Pro-Am Tackle. Vouchers can be redeemed at Pro-Am Tackle.
Inflatamaniacs: At Sunday's afternoon game, in addition to Family Fun Day, the Inflatamaniacs will be performing between innings. These giant characters are known for their dance moves and are sure to provide the whole family with some afternoon fun.
U2 Ticket Giveaway: Also on Sunday, one lucky fan will win 4 tickets to see U2 that night, plus dinner at The Keg and a limousine ride to and from CanadInns Stadium. Be sure you're there to see the game and you could walk away with a great night on the town and tickets to see one of the world's most popular bands!
