
Goldeyes Activate Williams

WINNIPEG - Winnipeg Goldeyes manager Rick Forney announced today that left-handed pitcher Mike Williams has been activated from the disabled list.
Williams, 24, is 1-1 with a 1.50 ERA in two appearances out of the bullpen this season. He will get the start tonight in the second game of a three-game series against the Sioux City Explorers in Sioux City.
The Goldeyes have the league maximum 22 players on their active roster, including 12 pitchers and 10 position players.
