Generals add Andersson

GREENSBORO—Greensboro Generals Head Coach/General Manager Rick Adduono announced today the signing of defensemen Likit (LICK-it) Andersson to bolster the team's defensive coverage.

Entering his fifth season in the ECHL, spending time with the Augusta Lynx and Trenton Titans prior to joining Greensboro, Andersson is a 6-2, 190 lbs. defenseman. Appearing in 212 career regular season contests, Likit has amassed 141 penalty minutes along with his 19 goals and 73 assists.

The Generals will take to the road for a three-game trip beginning against the Mississippi Sea Wolves, then back-to-back games against the Pensacola Ice Pilots. Greensboro will look to improve their 11-8-1 road record. The Generals return to the Greensboro Coliseum on Tuesday, February 10th, when they take on the Roanoke Express.
