GAMEDAY PREVIEW PRESENTED BY CULLIGAN WATER
LINCOLN (12-24-2)
The Stars have dropped their last two games on the road, including a 6-2 defeat at the hands of the Black Hawks in Waterloo on Saturday night. Lincoln started this week off with a 8-4 loss in Sioux Falls on Tuesday, so they've come back home to a place where they've found recent success: the Ice Box. In their last two home games, the Stars have outscored their opponents 16-7, including a 7-3 win over Waterloo last Friday. Jack O'Leary and Aidan Thompson racked up four points each in the victory.
WATERLOO (15-23-1)
The Black Hawks come into tonight's game less than 24 hours after their 5-3 loss against the Storm in Tri-City. Kyler Kleven, Max Sasson and Casey Severo all scored for Waterloo. Emmett Croteau was pulled after allowing four goals on 16 shots. Jack Williams came in relief for Croteau, stopping 17 of 18. Waterloo's two-game winning streak was snapped in the defeat, so they'll be looking to begin a new one tonight in Lincoln.
