2021-21 WHL RANKINGS:

VS EAST DIVISION: The Tigers have a 3-13-2-1 record vs East Division opponents.
LAST GAME: The Tigers took on the Moose Jaw Warriors last Saturday at Co-op Place. The Warriors took the early lead, but the Tigers started to claw back in the second period. Brayden Boehm scored his fifth goal of the season on a beautiful coast-to-coast marker. Then in the third period the Wiesblatt, Boehm, Patton line struck again as Teague Patton notched his 8th of the season the pull the Tabbies to within two. That's as close as the Orange and Black would come though, falling to the Warriors by a 5-2 final.
MILESTONES: Tigers Captain Daniel Baker played in his 200th career WHL game on January 21st in Saskatoon. Owen MacNeil appeared in his 100th career WHL game vs the Prince Albert Raiders the following night. Rhett Parsons, Oren Shtrom, Oasiz Wiesblatt, Tyler MacKenzie, Pavel Bocharov, Teague Patton and Brayden Boehm, Ashton Ferster and Reid Andresen have each recently played in their 50th career games.
PLAYER TO WATCH: Bogdans Hodass is returning to the Tigers backend after serving a two game suspension. The 18-year-old Latvian has appeared in 30 games for the Tigers this season and leads the Tigers in rookie scoring with three goals and 16 assists. The 6'3 defenceman brings a physical edge to his game, eating up a lot of minutes for the team. He uses his size to create space for his forwards and to clear opposing forwards out the Tigers crease. Offensively, Hodass brings a heavy shot as well as high hockey IQ.
