TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: Tonight's matchup squares off East Division rivals Elmira and Adirondack, the ninth meeting of the season between the two teams. Each team has won four of the previous eight meetings but the Thunder hold a 10-8 points advantage courtesy of two shootout losses. The Thunder and Jackals will face off two more times this season, including the last showdown of the season in Elmira tomorrow evening.

OVERTIME OF YOUR LIFE: The Thunder have needed overtime in each of their last three games, including Tuesday's 4-3 come from behind win in Manchester. The Thunder have received overtime game winning goals from Mathieu Brodeur, Michael Kirkpatrick and Ryan Lomberg on their three-game winning streak, the first of each of their ECHL careers. The win on Tuesday made Adirondack the first ECHL team since Reading in 2010 to win three straight games in overtime.

WE GOT THAT POWER: The Adirondack Thunder power play has been on-point as of late as they connected twice on Tuesday, following four goals in their three-in-three set last weekend. The Thunder have scored power-play goals in eight of their last nine games, including a trio of two-goal efforts which gives them 11 on the season. Adirondack has been especially efficient away from home, as they rank third in the league at 22.1%.

READY, SET, BROD: Thunder defenseman Mathieu Brodeur has led the way on the blueline as of late as he rides an eight-game point streak entering tonight's game, extended on Tuesday with an assist in Manchester. Brodeur, who has collected 11 points (2-9-11) over his streak, has vaulted into the team lead amongst defensemen with six goals and sits tied for third with 24 points (6-18-24) in 57 games this season.

HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLFE: Thunder forward Greg Wolfe collected two points on Tuesday, including the game-tying goal with less than a minute to play in the third period, his eighth multi-point game of the season. Bolstered by a three-assist outing on 2/28 against Reading, Wolfe has collected seven assists and eight points in six games since he returned from injury on 2/27. The Michigan State graduate ranks second on the Thunder's active roster with 30 points.

SLENCE OF THE LOMBS: Thunder forward Ryan Lomberg netted the overtime game winner in Tuesday's win, capping a two-goal outing that also included a power-play goal early in the third period to get Adirondack on the board. Lomberg's two tallies marked the third time this season he's scored twice and the second time in three games, adding to his two-goal effort on March 4 in Norfolk. Lomberg is second on the Thunder in rookie scoring with 25 points (12-13-25() in 30 games this season.
