Home Sweet Home: The Mavs will host a game for the first time since the season opener on Oct. 12, a 5-1 win over the Allen Americans. Kansas City went 1-1-1 on a three-game road swing against divisional opponents since the first game of the season.

Measuring Stick Weekend: The Mavericks and Oilers were tied for third in the league in point percentage entering last night's game, and the 'measuring stick' weekend continues tonight against Indy, which enters the game with a point percentage of .750, good for fourth in the league.

Free Willie: Willie Raskob has been a catalyst on the offensive end of late, entering tonight's game on a three-game point streak with four assists over that span. He leads KC blue-liners in scoring and joins Nate Widman as the only Mavs defensemen with multiple points on the young season.

Out Of Gas Against Indy?: The Mavericks won 10 of the first 11 meetings between the two teams but lost four of five last season, including an 0-3-0-1 record in the last four.

Players To Watch: Darian Dziurzysnki and Josh Shalla. Dziurzynski faces his former team for the first time after recording 50 points a year ago and helping guide the Fuel to the club's first-ever playoff appearance. Shalla found success against the Mavericks a year ago, posting six points (4g, 2a) in four games.
