Spokane, WA - The Giants pulled back to .500 on the season with their second win in as many nights to open 2023 with a Washington road trip sweep.

1st Period:

VAN: Jaden Lipinski opened the scoring 12:19 into the game on a partial break with a shot short side.

2nd Period:

VAN: Ethan Semeniuk converted on a 2-on-1 to bring the score to 2-0 Vancouver 8:24 into the second.

3rd Period:

SPO: Chase Bertholet got Spokane on the board 5:30 into the third but it wasn't enough as the Giants would hold on for the 2-1 win.
