
Fresno Grizzlies Home Opener Tomorrow at Chukchansi Park

FRESNO, Calif - The Fresno Grizzlies, Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, begin their first homestand of the season at Chukchansi Park on Friday, April 11th at 7:05 p.m. vs. the Las Vegas 51s, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets. The club will round out the four-game homestand by playing the 51s on Saturday (7:05 p.m.), Sunday (2:05 p.m.), and Monday (7:05 p.m.) before heading back out on the road.
Any fan purchasing a game ticket to the Home Opener by tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. will receive a complimentary ticket to either Saturday (April 12), Sunday (April 13) or Monday's (April 14) game. This offer is only redeemable in person at the Chukchansi Park Box Office (1800 Tulare Street). Those who have purchased a ticket for April 11, but not redeemed their complimentary ticket, can bring their purchased ticket to the box office by Friday at 5:00 p.m. to redeem the deal.
Gates for the Home Opener on Friday will open to the general public at 5:35 p.m. (5:15 p.m. for season ticket holders). The game will kick off this season's Farm Grown Fridays, which include a pregame Farm Forum along with a farmer's market on the stadium concourse that runs throughout the game. This Friday's market will feature nine vendors from Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, Lemoore and Exeter. The pregame Farm Forum, dubbed "What's Growing On in Youth and Agriculture" will begin with a pre-event mixer at 4:30 p.m. before leading into the discussion at 5:00 p.m. Any April 11th game ticket will allow attendance to the Farm Forum. Postgame fireworks, presented by PG&E, will begin shortly after the conclusion of the game.

His best season came in 2008 when he went 18-3 with a 2.90 ERA.

Chukchansi Park Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The box office will open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday (April 12) and Sunday (April 13) and be open through the seventh inning of each game. Fans can also call the office at 559.320.TIXS for tickets, questions, or inquiries.
