PLAYOFF PICTURE:

The Condors currently sit just two points behind the Phoenix RoadRunners for the final National Conference playoff spot. The two teams are slated to meet twice more this season, both in Phoenix, and Bakersfield also has three games in hand (the Condors have played 56 games whereas Phoenix has played 59). The first tiebreak for playoff contention in the ECHL is overall wins.

PROMOTIONAL NOTES:

The Condors kick off March Monday Madness tonight with a CW Bakersfield and 106.1 KRAB Radio High School/College ID Night. All high school and college students will receive executive admission (while executive seating is available) for just $1 by presenting their student ID at the Rabobank Arena Box Office!

Also, the first 2,000 fans will receive a magnet of G Michel Robinson, the first in a five-piece magnet giveaway series scheduled for each Monday in March. First match-up in team history.

ROSTER UPDATE:

RW Jason Kostadine and D Jay Langager were activated from the 3-day and 7-day IR, respectively, on Saturday. D David Kudelka was placed on the 3-day IR on Saturday, and will be eligible to be activated tomorrow. F Ryan Gibbons was placed on the 7-day IR on Saturday, and will be eligible to be activated on March 8. D Scott Balan, C Mike Hofstrand and F Sean Venedam are all on the 30-day IR for the rest of the season after undergoing season-ending surgery.

SERIES HISTORY: The Condors and Cyclones are meeting for the first time in team history tonight. The Condors are 1-3-0 against American Conference teams this season, while the Cyclones have gone 2-1-0 against National Conference teams on the campaign. This is the only meeting between these two teams this year, and the final game against an American Conference team this season for Bakersfield.

TICKETS: Individual game tickets are on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game days.
