Final "Skate with the Falcons" is Monday

Fresno, Calif. – The Fresno Falcons will host their final Skate with the Falcons of the season this coming Monday, March 15, from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. at Gateway Ice Center. The event is open to the public and costs $5, which includes skate rental.

Skate with the Falcons events are a terrific opportunity for all fans – kids and adults alike – to chat with the Falcons players, take pictures, have autographs signed and even pick up a pointer or two on how to ice skate from a professional hockey player.

The team next takes to the ice trying keep alive a two-game winning streak on Friday and Saturday, March 12 and 13, when they battle the Pacific Division-leading San Diego Gulls at the San Diego Sports Arena. Friday's game can be heard live on KAAT 103.1 FM at 7:20 p.m. beginning with the Shop & Go Pre-game Show followed by Saturday's broadcast, which gets underway at 6:50 p.m.

The Falcons return home on St. Patrick's Day when they will be wearing St. Patty's Day specialty jerseys during their game against the Long Beach Ice Dogs at 7 p.m. at Save Mart Center. Following the game the club will auction off the game-worn sweaters in the Bulldog Foundation Room at Save Mart Center with all of the proceeds benefiting the United Way.
