Powder Blue R-Phils cap on August 25 thanks to All-Star Distributing and Mike's Hard Lemonade The first 2,500 adults 21 & older will receive a free powder blue R-Phils cap before a 7:05 PM game against Connecticut thanks to All-Star Distributing and Mike's Hard Lemonade. Bonus Events: Bobby Bubbenmoyer PA Dutch Night thanks to 830 AM WEEU. Special Rib Fest at the Pool Pavilion. Tickets are just $17 and include a two and a half hour all-you-can-eat buffet with three flavors of ribs. Four for $44 special with four yellow box seats, four hot dogs and four sodas for just $44.
