Utah Grizzlies News Release

West Valley City, Utah - Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Colley announced today that forward Simon Ferguson has been loaned to the AHL's Hershey Bears. In addition, the team has also activated Malcolm MacMillan from IR and he will be in the lineup tonight when Utah hosts Bakersfield at 7:05 p.m. MacMillan has six assists in seven games with Utah since being acquired from Toledo March 11.

Ferguson played in five games with Utah tallying one goal, one assist and 33 penalty minutes. Because he logged five games with Utah, he will be eligible for the team's playoff roster should he return to the Grizzlies at some point.

The veteran has played 328 of 385 total career games in the AHL and totaled six assists and 102 penalty minutes in 42 games with the Syracuse Crunch this year before joining Utah March 17.
