Mitera Reassigned To Abbotsford

BAKERSFIELD, Calif." The Bakersfield Condors, official ECHL affiliate of the Anaheim Ducks, have announced that D Mark Miterahas been reassigned to the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League. Also, D Ray Eichenlaubhas been activated from the 3-IR and is currently with the team in Utah.

Mitera, 22, is in his first full professional season, and spent much of the campaign in Bakersfield. He has 3g-11a-14pts in 36 games with the Condors this season, ranking fourth among the team's blueliners in scoring. Mitera was reassigned to Bakersfield on March 16 from Abbotsford. He has three assists in 19 games with the Heat, and four penalty minutes. He started the season with San Antonio, appearing in five games.

Eichenlaub, 23, is playing in his first professional season. He has 1g-5a-6pts in 41 games with the Condors this season.

The Condors continue their series against the Utah Grizzlies on Friday and Saturday, with 6:05 p.m. (Pacific) start times from Salt Lake City. Bakersfield returns home on Tuesday, March 30 for Blood Drive Night, presented by My 45 and KUZZ 107.9. Donate blood to Houchin Blood Bank this month and receive $1 admission to the game. Doors open at 6 p.m., the puck drops at 7 p.m.
