Falcons recall Henrich from Johnstown

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that they have recalled left wing Adam Henrich from their ECHL affiliate, the Johnstown Chiefs.

Henrich has played in two games for the Falcons this season collecting one assist and four penalty minutes. In one game with Johnstown this year, he hasn't registered a point. In 63 games with Springfield during the 2004-05 campaign, the 6-foot-4, 238-pound native of Thornhill, Ontario collected 10 goals and 16 assists for 26 points. Henrich also played in six games for the Chiefs last year registering two goals and one assist.

The Falcons will return home this weekend for a pair of home games in second place in the Atlantic Division. Springfield hosts the Lowell Lock Monsters on Friday, October 28 starting at 7:35 PM, followed by the Philadelphia Phantoms at the MassMutual Center on Sunday, October 30 starting time at 4:05 PM. Both games can be heard live on the Falcons Hockey Network, WMAS AM 1450, as "The Voice" of the Falcons John Michael handles the play-by-play duties.
