ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades president and general manager Craig Brush along with head coach Malcolm Cameron announced that forwards Dan Travis and James DeLory have been activated off the injured reserve list and that defenseman Craig Switzer and forward Brad Herauf have been placed on the IR.

Both DeLory and Travis will be seeing their first action of the 2008-09 season. Travis began the year on the 7-day IR, but did see action during the pre-season. Travis will make his professional debut this weekend at South Carolina after finishing up a collegiate career that saw him play two years at the University of New Hampshire and two years at Quinnipiac University.

DeLory will also make his professional debut this weekend. The 20-year-old began the season on the IR after suffering an injury while in training camp with the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League. Last season DeLory finished up a four-year junior career with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League.

Herauf finds himself on the 7-day IR after suffering an injury in last Saturday night's game vs. South Carolina at Germain Arena. The 26-year-old has played in all four Everblades games this season recording one assist and 17 penalty minutes. Switzer heads to the 3-day IR after playing in his first Everblades game last weekend. The 24-year-old began the 2008-09 season in the AHL with the Quad City Flames, where he skated in two games before being reassigned to the Everblades prior to last weekend's action.
