Tonight, the Erie SeaWolves return home to UPMC Park to begin a seven-game homestand, first four with the Bowie Baysox. Coming off a 2-4 road trip, the SeaWolves suffered a series sweep at the hands of the Trenton Thunder, before taking two of three from the Altoona Curve. On the trip, Erie's offense averaged just 2.2 runs per game, but the pitching staff held opponents to a .199 average against. Tigers. No. 26 prospect, Gregory Soto will make his home-debut after receiving a no-decision on April 27th in game one of a doubleheader. Soto threw 5.0 innings, allowing one run on three hits (home run) with three strikeouts. He'll be opposed by Zac Lowther, who has lost his last two decisions. The 2018 Organizational All-Star for Baltimore (MiLB.com) has compiled 14 strikeouts in 18.1 innings, while walking 12 and holding hitters to a .206 average.
