Empire Vision Centers Poster Night at the Crunch
January 18, 2006 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Syracuse Crunch News Release
Syracuse, NY (January 18, 2006) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that their Saturday, January 28 game against Manitoba will be Empire Vision Centers Poster Night at the Crunch.
Each fan in attendance will receive a 2005-06 Crunch poster, compliments of Empire Vision Centers.
Empire Vision Centers mission statement of 100% customer delight is much more than a statement. At Empire Vision, it is a reality and a requirement that is to be put into practice each day. It is essential that professional and knowledgeable service be provided by our associates to all of our customers, both internal and external. The portrayal of what this statement means is what will guarantee the success of an Empire Vision associate as short and long-term goals are achieved.
Empire Vision Centers culture is founded on treating all customers, both internal and external, with respect. We have an inverted organizational structure formed as a result of our belief that education and training; tools and resources; ideas and benchmarking allow us to manage our framework and support our associates. Our associates each take a proprietary interest in our organization and we are all accountable for our responsibilities. This is one of the many ways that we are all focused on you.
The Crunch travels to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton tonight for a 7:00 p.m. game. Crunch action can be heard with play-by-play announcer Bob McElligott on SportsRadio 620 WHEN or through B2 Networks on the Crunch's official website (www.syracusecrunch.com).
