The Bulls play the second of four straight games against the Norfolk Tides, and the second of two games on the road at Harbor Park. Durham is 4-7 over its last 11 games, and is just 9-17 since the All-Star break. The Bulls have dropped 33 of their last 50 contests to go from a 2.0-game lead in the IL South to a 10.5-game deficit. Norfolk - the Baltimore Orioles' top affiliate - is 3-5 over the first eight games of its current nine-game homestand, after splitting a four-game set with Louisville and getting swept in a three-game series by Indianapolis. Still, the Tides enter today with the 2nd-best record in the IL behind Indianapolis (68-48), and lead the IL South by 4.0 games over Gwinnett.
