Diablo RHP Scott Hodsdon Pitcher of the Week

EL PASO, TX - Pointstreak, the official statistician of the American Association, has selected El Paso Diablos RHP Scott Hodsdon as the Pointstreak Pitcher of the Week. Hodsdon, 26, joined the Diablos just two weeks ago, and has been making his mark ever since.
Hodsdon tossed seven shutout innings in the 14-0 victory over the Grand Prairie AirHogs Saturday. He allowed only one walk and three hits and fanned four batters. The Rancho Cucamonga, CA resident is 1-2 on the year with a 4.15 ERA in 21 2/3 innings pitched.
After facing off against the Wichita Wingnuts on the road, the team will be back at Cohen Stadium for Fourth of July weekend. Don't miss the Diablos battle the Lincoln Saltdogs at home for the only time this season July 2-July 5. And stick around after the game Saturday, Sunday, and Fourth of July's Monday for fireworks after the game.
