Dekanich Recalled by Nashville

Milwaukee, WI-Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled goaltender Mark Dekanich from the Milwaukee Admirals.

Dekanich is 20-8-5 on the season with a .929 save percentage, a 2.04 goals against average and four shutouts. A 2011 AHL All-Star, Dekanich is tied for fourth in the AHL in wins, GAA, and save percentage. The North Vancouver, BC native will be making his third appearance on the Predators roster this season. He spent a week with the team from Oct. 10-17 and made his NHL debut on Dec. 18 vs. Los Angeles during his second recall, stopping 22-of-25 shots in 50 minutes of action.

Pickard is 1-4-1 with a .899 save percentage and a 2.96 goals against average in seven games with the Admirals. He is 8-11-3 with a 3.1 GAA and .885 save percentage this season with Cincinnati.
