AHL Announces Suspension
February 18, 2011 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Hamilton Bulldogs center Ryan Russell has been suspended for one (1) game as a result of his actions in a game at Grand Rapids on Feb. 16.
Russell was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).
Russell will miss Hamilton's game tonight (Feb. 18) at Toronto.
