TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: The Cyclones will begin a critical stretch of games for their playoff positioning, as they play four of their next six against North Division opponents - beginning tonight with the Toledo Walleye. After starting the season 4-1 against the Walleye, Cincinnati's I-75 rivals have won four straight meetings and now lead the season series, 5-4-0. All nine matchups have been close encounters - all but two of them getting decided by two goals or less.

TONIGHT'S PROMOTION: Wet Wednesday - $1 PBR and Miller High Life.

SCOUTING THE WALLEYE: Nick Vitucci's club has been on somewhat of a resurgence lately, going 6-3-1 in their last ten games and now finds itself just two points back of Cincinnati for third place in the North Division. In fact, just four points separate the second and fourth place teams. Zach Torquato is Toledo's active leading scorer, collecting 42 points (11 goals, 31 assists) in 47 games. His point total is good for fifth on the ECHL rookie scoring leaderboard while his 31 assists place him second. Defenseman Jason Lepine has also been an offensive threat from the Toledo blue line - ranking second among ECHL rear-guards with 29 points (6 goals, 23 assists).

Making An Early Mark: Many of the newcomers to Cincinnati's roster made immediate impacts in last week's series against the Everblades. Casey-Pierro Zabotel collected a goal and an assist combined in the first two games while Paul McIlveen added a tally in both as well. Forward Dan Eves also picked up a "helper" in Saturday night's 3-2 win. Collectively, those three newcomers combined for five points (3 goals, 2 assists).

Game-Winning Glory: With his power-play, game-winning goal on Saturday night, Barret Ehgoetz has now registered 14 game-winners in his Cyclones career - the second most all time. He is just 7 away from capturing the franchise record in this category, currently held by Sheldon Gorski (20).

Conference Chaos: The Eastern Conference as a whole, much like the North Division is a hotly contested battle. As of tonight, just six points separate sixth from tenth place. The top eight teams from the Conference qualify for the Kelly Cup Playoffs.
