GAME HIGHLIGHTS: The Williamsport Crosscutters won in style on Saturday night, as Kyrell Hudson's ninth-inning walk-off single propelled his team to a 3-2 victory over the Batavia Muckdogs.
The visitors got on the board first with three consecutive singles in the second inning to make it 1-0. They added another run in the fifth on an RBI single by David Medina to increase the lead to 2-0.
Williamsport cut the lead in half on a sacrifice fly by Cody Asche in the sixth inning, making it 2-1 Batavia. They knotted the game 2-2 on a two-out RBI single by Kelly Dugan in the bottom of the seventh.
Shortstop Taylor Black led off the bottom of the ninth with a double and advanced to third on a sacrifice bunt by Bob Stumpo. Hudson then drove a line drive single to center to win it.
