Coyotes Assign Bolduc to Portland

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have assigned forward Alex Bolduc to the Portland Pirates, the club's American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).

The 29-year-old Bolduc has appeared in three games with the Coyotes this season. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound native of Montreal, Quebec has registered 13-17-30 and 69 penalty minutes (PIM) in 37 games with the Pirates. He led Portland in goals, assists and points at the time of his recall.

Bolduc was originally drafted by the St. Louis Blues in the fourth round (127th overall) in the 2003 Entry Draft.
