Good Things Come in Threes

Forward Matt Caria is heating up. Caria enters tonight on a three-game point streak.

January Men

The K-Wings are having a banner month. With eight wins this month, the K-Wings have more wins in January than in the months of November and December combined (6).

Giving Up the Shorties

The Nailers have surrendered 11 shorthanded goals this season. The 11 shorthanders are tied with the Reading Royals for the most allowed in the league this season.

Scoring at the Blue Line

With two goals last night Nailers defenseman Morgan Ellis has 12 goals. The 12 goals ties Ellis for the league-lead among defensemen.

Heating Up

Wheeling's Zach Torquato is on a scoring tear. Torquato enters tonight on a four-game point streak.

Trouble in Shootouts

This season the Nailers are 0-2 in games ending in shootouts. Not only have they not earned a victory, but Wheeling is the only team in the league not to make a save (0-for-9) in the shootout this season.
