Game Preview
Tonight will be the first of four meetings between the Kalamazoo Wings and the Evansville IceMen. Three of the four encounters this season will occur at the Ford Center. All-time the K-Wings are 7-6-2-1 against the IceMen.
The K-Wings will begin a brief two-game road swing with their trip to the Ford Center. Kalamazoo enters tonight trying to snap a season-long nine-game (0-8-0-1) overall winless streak and a three-game (0-3-0-0) road winless streak.
After concluding a four-game road swing on Wednesday against the Indy Fuel, Evansville will return home to the Ford Center to commence a season-long six-game home stand. On the season, the IceMen are 6-2-0-0 at home.

Roster Moves
Kalamazoo has activated forward Jean Bourbeau from the 21-Day IR. In a separate transaction, the K-Wings have released forward Colin Murray.
Powering Up
No team in the ECHL has a better road power-play than Kalamazoo. The K-Wings lead the league with a road power-play percentage of 27.3%.
Ending a Streak
The K-Wings enter the night trying to snap an overall nine-game winless (0-8-0-1) streak and a three-game (0-3-0-0) road winless streak. The nine-game winless streak is the longest in the K-Wings ECHL history and it's also the longest drought without a win since the 2002-03 season (UHL).

Finishing Strong So far this season, the IceMen are a team that finishes well. Evansville has outscored their opponents 22-12 in the third period.
