Syracuse Crunch News Release

Please see the below and attached official invite to Christina Aguilera from the Syracuse Crunch, inviting the pop star to perform the National Anthem at the club's Saturday, February 19 game vs. Rochester.

February 7, 2011

Dear Christina:

We witnessed your performance at yesterday's Super Bowl and recognize and appreciate how difficult and intimidating it can be to sing our country's National Anthem in front of a crowd of more than 102,000 and a worldwide television viewing audience of over 150,000,000.

At this time we would like to invite you to re-perform the Anthem at our home game on Saturday, February 19 against the aptly named Rochester Americans. This opportunity certainly gives you a forum to properly demonstrate just how well you can perform the anthem before an intimate crowd of 6,200 fans in the heartland of America - Syracuse, NY.

Our American Hockey League team proudly plays its home games at the Onondaga County War Memorial, a facility built in the 1950's to recognize and honor the men and women who proudly served and defended our country and our nation's freedom.

We hope you take this invitation seriously and know that our organization is committed to make a donation, courtesy of your performance, to benefit our U.S. Troops.

Sincerely,

Jim Sarosy

Senior Vice President

Syracuse Crunch Hockey Club
