
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with the Hershey Bears

(HERSHEY, PA) - "Feel the Roar" as the Hershey Bears face off against the Philadelphia Phantoms on Saturday, March 17, at 7 p.m. They are home again on Sunday, March 18, when Binghamton Senators come to town for a 5 p.m. puck drop.
Saturday is St. Patrick's Day, so come out for a Celtic celebration. The Bears will wear special St. Patrick's Day jerseys to be auctioned off after the game, with proceeds going to charities throughout the Hershey Bears foundation.
To celebrate this festive day, Irish dancers from the McGinley School of Irish Dance will perform live on the concourse prior to pre-game warm-ups These dancers will entertain patrons in captivating performances that will leave fans doing a jig. Various concessions stands will also be participating in the activities. Green beer and select Irish beer will be offered at select bottled beer stands, green whoopee pies and St. Patrick's Day cookies will be offered through Giant Center. Finally, for all fans in the Club Lounge, there will be a corn beef carving station.
In addition, the Booster Club will be collecting food to benefit the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank. Fans are asked to bring nonperishable food items or supermarket gift cards. Finally, Saturday night is "Dutch Wonderland Night". Come out and see Duke the Dragon, the Princess and the Knight from Dutch Wonderland.
Sunday is "Faith Night", with a live performance by the Aaron Greer Band on the concourse, prior to pre-game warm-ups. After five years in the making, the Aaron Greer Band is an up-and-coming trio that features great songs, uncommon musicianship and huge hears for ministry. Players signing will be Andy Hedlund and Dean Arsene.
