The Washington Wild Things are gearing up for a great July 2012, and it all starts on July 3rd. The Wild Things will play at CONSOL Energy Park over the Fourth of July this season. The team will host the Rockford Riverhawks for a three game set July 3, 4, 5; all games get underway at 7:05 p.m.
In addition to spending the evening at the park enjoying baseball and entertainment, you are invited to join the team for fireworks each night after the game!
Word around town is that the display on July 4th will be the biggest fireworks display in the area! That in addition to every adult entering the park for the game that night will receive a FREE PA Lottery Ticket Coupon, courtesy of the Pennsylvania Lottery.

Then, when the team goes on the road on July 6th, the action will continue at CONSOL Energy Park...that's when the Carson and Barnes Circus comes to town for three days and seven shows! You won't want to miss this circus. It' is the world's biggest Big Top Show. The elephants will erect the big top and the shows are set to get underway on Friday when there will be a 4:30 and 7:30 performance. On Saturday the 7th, Carson and Barnes will peform for three shows: 1:30, 4:30, and 7:30. Then on Sunday the 8th, they'll cap the week off with two shows (1:30 and 4:30).
In addition to the peformances, take advantage of the Petting Zoo as well as the elephant and camel rides.
