
RiverHawks Sign Two Pitchers

The RiverHawks announced on Monday that have signed left-hander Jack Crawford and right-hander Artie Clyde.
Crawford pitched for Division II Franklin Pierce University this spring. He was 7-2 with a 1.25 ERA in 11 appearances, 10 as a starter. He struck out 72 and walked 15 in 79 1/3 innings.
Clyde was 1-0 with a 5.06 earned-run average in 10 2/3 innings over six appearances at NAIA Brewton-Park College in 2011.
The RiverHawks made room on the roster with the releases of pitchers Jordan Liette and Eric Rohe. Liette was 0-2 with a 12.46 ERA in three starts. Rohe was 0-1 with a 12.83 ERA in four appearances.
