Canucks re-assign Jaffray to Moose

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, announced they have re-assigned left winger Jason Jaffray to the Moose.

Jaffray, 26, has appeared in 26 games this season with the Moose where he's scored 13 goals and 14 assists for 27 points and 43 penalty minutes. He is currently fifth on the team in scoring. In 16 games this season with the Canucks, the Olds AB native has two goals and four assists for six points and 19 penalty minutes. After being recalled by Vancouver for the first time Dec. 11/07, the Olds, AB native scored his first career NHL goal (game-winner) and first NHL assist in his very first NHL game at Anaheim Dec. 12/07.
