Beloit Sky Carp News Release
The Snappers opportunities were few and far between Friday night, as Burlington starting pitcher Patrick Green cruised to a 5-1 victory. The Snappers were able to tally their only run of the evening in the first inning when Luke Hughes connected for his sixth home run of the year. Green was untouchable after that, allowing one run while striking out five in eight total innings of service.
Upcoming Schedule: Tomorrow is game two of the four game series. Following the game will be fireworks.
