
Bulls Return to DBAP for Six-Game Homestand

DURHAM, NC - The Durham Bulls return home from a 10-day road trip on Sunday, April 24, when they open a six-game homestand against the Indianapolis Indians and the Louisville Bats. The season's first Bark in the Park, $1 Concessions and Friday Night Fireworks highlight the team's return.
On April 24 at 5:05 p.m., the Bulls open up their homestand against the Indianapolis Indians. That night's contest is a Bully Busters Recognition Night, sponsored by ARS Rescue Rooter, in which students who received vouchers for taking the Bully Buster pledge can redeem those vouchers for tickets. Following Sunday's game, which is presented by the Department of Water Management of Durham, Kids Run the Bases presented by Nature's Twist.
On Monday, April 25 the three-game series against the Pittsburgh Pirates' top affiliate continues with a 7:05 p.m. first pitch. The set concludes on Tuesday, April 26, when the two sides square off for day baseball with a 1:05 p.m. start time.
At 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, the Bulls open a three-game series against the Louisville Bats. The night marks the season's first Bark in the Park, in which fans can bring their dogs to the DBAP. Human tickets for that night's game are $7.99 plus tax, while tickets for canines are priced at $5 plus tax. All proceeds from canine tickets will be donated to Second Chance Pet Adoptions.
The Bulls and Bats face off in game two of the series, presented by Hilton Durham, on Thursday, April 28 at 7:05 p.m. For the first time in 2016 the DBAP will feature $1 Concessions, where Bright Leaf hot dogs, popcorn and soda are just $1 all night long.
The homestand wraps on Friday, April 29 with a 7:05 p.m. start time presented by Quintiles. Following the contest Friday Night Fireworks will light up Downtown Durham, presented by bioMerieux.
