Brian Collins Activated from Seven Day Injured Reserve List

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that center Brian Collins has been activated from the seven day injured reserve list and will play in tonight's game at Columbia at 6:05 p.m. central time.

Collins has played in 10 games for the Ice Pilots this season scoring 3 goals, 1 assist for 4 points picking up 4 penalty minutes. Fans will be able to listen to the game on the Ice Pilots Hockey Network beginning with the pre game show at 5:50 p.m. with flagship station AM 1620 and at www.icepilots.com sponsored by Sports Avenue.

The Ice Pilots will end their five game road trip tomorrow night at Augusta at 6:05 p.m. central time and will return home to play Bakersfield in three games this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

It is the Triple Play Jackpot Weekend with $15,000 to be given away. $5,000 will be given away each night. To qualify for the prize money, fans need to be a season ticket holder or purchase a Triple Play Weekend ticket package by calling the Ice Pilots at 432-PUCK ext: 269.

The first 1,000 fans will receive Ice Pilots pens at the game on Friday night vs. Bakersfield at 7:05 p.m. and the first 500 fans will receive Ice Pilots mouse pads before the game on Saturday night at 7:05 p.m.

A Teddy Bear Toss will take place at the Ice Pilots home game on Sunday vs. Bakersfield at 4:05 p.m. Fans are asked to bring a stuffed animal teddy bear to the game and throw it onto the ice when the Ice Pilots score their first goal of the game. The teddy bears will be distributed to local charities in the community.

Fans can purchase individual home game tickets in person at the Civic Center box office, at any Ticketmaster location, charge by phone at 434-7444 or through the Ice Pilots website at www.icepilots.com. For group tickets, season tickets, birthday parties and corporate partners hips, fans can call the Ice Pilots office at 432-PUCK.
