Dayton Bombers News Release

Dayton, OH – The Dayton Bombers announced on Wednesday the team has signed defenseman BRAD SULLIVAN to an ECHL contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed per team policy.

The 24-year old Marquette, Michigan native recently completed his senior season at Michigan Tech University. In his four collegiate seasons at Tech, Sullivan recorded 3 goals, 8 assists and 109 penalty minutes in 87 career games with the Huskies.

The 6'1", 212 pound Sullivan will immediately help an ailing Bombers defense. "With Clay Plume out for the remainder of the season and Alex Johnstone listed as day-to-day with a bad shoulder, I expect Brad to step in and help us right away", said Bombers Head Coach and General Manager DON MACADAM. "He's a solid, stay-at-home defenseman who's eager to make his professional debut."

Sullivan is expected to wear number 18 when the Bombers battle the Reading Royals on Thursday.

The Dayton Bombers return to action Thursday night when they travel to The Sovereign Center in Pennsylvania to face the Reading Royals on St. Patrick's Day. Audio coverage begins at 7:05 PM at daytonbombers.com.

The countdown is on! Join the Dayton Bombers for Fan Appreciation Day and the Annual Jersey Auction on Sunday, April 3rd when the rival Toledo Storm invade the E.J. Nutter Center at 2:00 PM. For tickets and information call, the Bombers' office at 937-775-4747 .
