Blades Get Pair Back from AHL

ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades President and General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Greg Poss announced today that forwards Alex Imbeault and Francis Lemieux have both been reassigned to the club by the Connecticut Whale of the American Hockey League.
Both players skated in Connecticut's last three games with neither registering a point. For Lemieux the call up to the AHL was his second this season having also played in two games with the Manitoba Moose in December.
The 26-year-old returns to the Everblades with the ECHL's highest point total at 72. His goal total of 28 is fourth most in the league and his assists total of 44 ranks second in the ECHL.
For Imbeault the call up was his first this season and he returns to the Everblades as the ECHL's leader in goals scored with 31 and power play goals with 14. Overall the 24-year-old is third on the team in scoring with 46 points (31g, 15a).

The Everblades return to action today when they travel to South Carolina to take on the Stingrays at 4:05 p.m. from the North Charleston Coliseum.
