Buffalo Bisons News Release
At tonight's fridaynightbash!®, the Buffalo Bisons will join teams and fans throughout baseball by celebrating "Jackie Robinson Day' and honoring the life and legacy of Robinson's remarkable and everlasting impact on the game.

Jackie Robinson Day is celebrated on April 15 throughout baseball to commemorate the day Robinson made his Major League debut in 1947. Robinson even played before the fans of Buffalo during that season at Offermann Stadium.
Throughout tonight's game, the Bisons will recognize Robinson's memorable Hall of Fame career and his historic contributions to the game through scoreboard tributes, public address announcements and fun promotions. Along with sharing his accomplishments, the Bisons will...
