Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The IronPigs (2-4) play the finale of a two-game series against the Pawtucket Red Sox (3-5) at Coca-Cola Park. With a 13-1 loss last night, the Pigs have started 0-1 on this six-game, North Division homestand... The Red Sox -- Boston's top affiliate -- snapped a four-game losing streak last night. The Paw Sox, who scored just a combined 12 total runs in their first seven contests, erupted for a season-high 13 runs on Thursday -- the highest total allowed by Lehigh Valley since a 13-1 loss to Rochester on Sept. 5, 2015.
LHP Adam Morgan (0-0, 1.80) will start for LHV against RHP William Cuevas (0-1, 9.00).
Tonight features Friday Night Fireworks, presented by AT&T, as well as a Jackie Robinson tribute... First-Pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
