Today's Game

Tonight, the Buffalo Bisons host the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders for the first two games of a three-game series at Coca-Cola Field (5:35 p.m.) Game 1 will be a continuation of yesterday's weather-suspended game. It will be resumed in the bottom of the fifth inning. After tomorrow's series finale, Buffalo will host Charlotte, June 11-14.

vs. the RailRiders

Buffalo and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre have yet to play a complete game this season. The RailRiders however lead the Bisons 2-1 from last night suspended game. That contest will conclude today. Last year, the Herd went 9-7 against the RailRiders, including a 5-3 record at home.

Phil Coke

LHP PHIL COKE will be first out of the bullpen for the Herd in Game 1 of the doubleheader. The lefty has thrown two scoreless relief appearances since being signed by the Blue Jays as a free agent on June 2. Coke will be relieving LHP DANIEL NORRIS who started yesterday and allowed two runs in five innings of work.

Scott Copeland

RHP SCOTT COPELAND will make his eighth start of the season for Buffalo tonight in Game 2. In his last appearance, Copeland pitched five innings of scoreless baseball in a win over Louisville last Thursday. With one more out, Copeland's 1.97 ERA and .185 average against would qualify as the best marks in the International League.

Matt Hague

INF MATT HAGUE continues to lead all International League batters in average (.344), hits (74), doubles (17), and on-base percentage (.416). The slugger also leads the Bisons in both multi-hit games (8) as well as multi-RBI games (22). Hague has yet to go back-to-back games without a hit this year.

Bisons Bits

OF CALEB GINDL has gone 5-9 with three RBI in his first two games after two and a half weeks on the disabled list (since May 20)....LHP ROB RASMUSSEN has made eight consecutive appearances for the Herd without allowing a run (since May 16)....INF ANDY BURNS has continued to be solid for the Bisons. He as posted a .375 average in his last six games (9-24), as well has hitting .306 since the start of May.

Blue Jays Update

The Blue Jays (29-30) scored six runs in the first inning en route to a 11-3 victory over Miami last night. Former Bison Chris Colabello collected a hit, extending his AL-best hit streak to 18 games. Josh Donaldson also hit his 16th blast of the season. The Blue Jays continue their three-game set against the Marlins tonight (7:07 p.m.).
