Today's Game

Tonight, the Buffalo Bisons host the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in the first game of a three-game series at Coca-Cola Field (7:05 p.m.). The Bisons are looking to bounce back after an 8-4 loss yesterday in Louisville. Tonight's game is the start a seven-game homestand as Buffalo will host Charlotte for four, June 11-14.

vs. the RailRiders

Tonight's game is the first regular season matchup between Buffalo and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre this season. Last year, the Herd went 9-7 against the RailRiders, including a 5-3 record at home. It was the first winning season for Buffalo against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre since 2005.

Daniel Norris

LHP DANIEL NORRIS makes his seventh start of the season tonight. In his last appearance, Norris took the loss in Buffalo's 3-0 defeat to Indianapolis on June 3. The southpaw gave up three runs on seven hits, walking one and striking out eight, while matching a career-high with 7.0 innings pitched.

Matt Hague

INF MATT HAGUE continued to grow his International League-best batting average with two hits last night. His .347 average on the year is seven points better than any other IL hitter. The veteran also leads the circuit in hits (74), doubles (17), RBI (36) and on-base pct. (.419). Hague has not gone back-to-back games without a hit all season long.

Andy Burns

INF ANDY BURNS maintained his recent hot streak with two more hits in last night's matchup against Louisville. He has now recorded at least one hit in each of his past six games (9-23, .391). Burns continues to be one of the most consistent batters for the Herd, as he has batted .308 since the start of May.

Bisons Bits

OF CALEB GINDL has gone 5-9 with three RBI in his first two games after two and a half weeks on the disabled list (since May 20)....After throwing 1.0 scoreless innings last night, LHP ROB RASMUSSEN has now made eight consecutive appearances for the Herd without allowing a run (since May 16).

Blue Jays Update

The Blue Jays (28-30) won a wild affair over the Houston Astros by a 7-6 score yesterday. Entering the bottom of the ninth and trailing 6-4, Toronto scored three runs, with former Bison Chris Colabello delivering the walk-off, two-run single. After sweeping the Astros, the Blue Jays start a three-game set against the Marlins tonight (7:07 p.m.).
