Tied 1-1 entering the third, Andy Sertich (8,9) gave Utah a 2-1 lead 6:23 into the period before adding another goal 12:20 into the frame on the power-play to give the Grizzlies a 3-1 lead.
Tom May (17) made it 4-1 with 1:59 left to go as he fired a puck into an empty-net to set an all-time Grizzlies record with a goal in nine-straight games. May also had assists on both Sertich goals. Rob Hennigar (two assists) had a multi-point night for Utah as well.
