TOLEDO, Ohio - The Louisville Bats win their second straight game against the Toledo Mud Hens, 4-3 after a fifty minute rain delay on Tuesday night in Toledo.

Louisville, after trailing going to the eighth inning scored four unanswered runs to win the game. The winning run scored with two outs in the ninth on a Jermaine Curtis double to the right field wall. This came after the Mud Hens intentionally walked Jesse Winker to bring Curtis to the plate.

The Bats trailed going to the eighth inning when they scored three runs, one on a sac fly and the other two on a two RBI single by center fielder Scott Schebler, his first hit as a Louisville Bat.

The Bats and Mud Hens were in a pitcher's duel until the fourth inning. The Mud Hens scored opened the scoring in the fourth on a Bats error to take a 1-0 lead.

The Mud Hens extended their lead to 3-0 on a two RBI double by Detroit Tigers rehab player Cameron Maybin. That is, before the Bats scored their four unearned runs and won the game on the road.

Right-hander Dayan Diaz (2-0, 2.31) would take the win for the Bats pitching two innings, allowing 2 hits and striking out one.

Right-hander Daniel Wright made his Triple-A debut tonight going five innings, allowing three runs, two earned on four hits while striking out two. He did not get a decision as the Bats came back and won the game.

Toledo starter Matt Boyd was a victim of a blown save after blanking the Bats in six and one-third innings, allowing four hits and striking out four. Bruce Rondon took the loss allowing the winning run in the ninth inning off the bat of Curtis.

The Bats look to win their third straight against the Mud Hens tomorrow at 6:35 p.m. with Bats right-hander A.J. Morris (0-1, 1.93). Morris will take the mound with the Mud Hens countering with left-hander Daniel Norris (0-3, 9.98).
