MILWAUKEE, WI - The Barons battled back to salvage a point on the road with an overtime loss at Milwaukee on Tuesday night. Darren Haydar scored twice, including the game-winner for the Admirals, to spoil the Barons come-from-behind bid.

The Barons wasted little time announcing their presence as Steve Bernier established a 1-0 lead just 39-seconds into the game. The unassisted tally by the Barons rookie was his 18th goal of the year. A penalty filled melee broke out at the 11:28 mark of the period involving all 10 skaters on the ice. The results of the altercation were two players from each team being kicked out of the game. Matt Cakner and Brad Staubitz received game misconducts for the Barons while Scott Nichol and Brandon Segal hit the showers for Milwaukee. The Admirals took advantage of a power play they received from dust up tying the game at 1-1 on a goal from Libor Pivko. Scottie Upshall then gave the Admirals their first lead of the night with his 7th goal of the season at the 17:52 mark of the opening period. The team's combined for 71 penalty minutes in the period.

Emotions did not carry over to the second period as a lackluster twenty minutes of play produced just one goal. Milwaukee's Darren Haydar extended his team's lead to 3-1 with a power play goal at the 18:02 mark of the second period. The Barons managed just three shots on goal during the middle period and trailed in that category 26-12 after forty minutes.

Two goals in the final period by the Barons forced an overtime period where the Admirals would prevail with a power play strike. Josh Hennessy scored just past the mid-point of the final period to trim the Milwaukee lead to 3-2. With Dimitri Patzold pulled from the Barons goal for an extra attacker, Ray DiLauro scored his fifth goal of the year to force the extra session. A penalty called with 60-seconds remaining in regulation set up a power play goal for Milwaukee in overtime as Darren Haydar scored his second of the night just 44-seconds in the overtime period.

The Barons longest road stretch of the season wraps up next weekend with back-to-back games at Syracuse. Friday and Saturday's games will be broadcast live, in both video and audio format, through the Barons official web site, www.clevelandbarons.net.
