For Conforto it was the capper to a three RBI night, while Gavin Cecchini had four hits and Brock Peterson launched a grand slam in his first game as a B-Met. The win helped Binghamton avoid their second four game losing streak of the season.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Robert Gsellman is making his second start with Binghamton, and his NYSEG Stadium debut. In his Eastern League debut, Gsellman was touched up for six runs and eight hits over four innings pitched at Akron. The righty struck out six, in his first loss of the year. He has been a reliever since the start of the 2012 season. Roibal picked up a win in his last decision, tossing two shutout frames against Erie four days ago. His lone start came against Portland, when he allowed an earned run in four innings. This will be Roibal's fourth consecutive appearance on the road.
