
Austin FC Announces 2022 Preseason Schedule

Austin, TEXAS - Austin FC announced on Tuesday the Club's full 2022 preseason schedule, with the Verde & Black resuming training at St. David's Performance Center from Monday, January 17 through the Club's 2022 home opener versus FC Cincinnati on February 26.
Throughout the six-week preseason, the Club will play at least four (4) preseason matches prior to the launch of the 2022 MLS regular season. The Verde & Black will face Toronto FC on February 9 at St. David's Performance Center, Houston Dynamo FC at PNC Stadium in Houston on February 12, Liga MX champions Atlas FC at Q2 Stadium on February 16 at 8pm CT, and Chicago Fire FC on February 19 at St. David's Performance Center.
The match against Atlas FC on February 16 will be the only Austin FC 2022 preseason match open to the public. Austin FC Season Ticket Members have received tickets to the February 16 match as part of their season ticket membership. For non-season ticket members, tickets to see Austin FC play Atlas on February 16 at Q2 Stadium are now on sale at www.austinfc.com and www.q2stadium.com.
In addition, five (5) trialists will join Austin FC for the 2022 preseason: defender Graham Smith, midfielder/forward Milan Iloski, midfielder Dillon Powers, winger/forward Veljko Petkovic, and defender/midfielder Tony Rocha.
Austin FC's 2022 MLS regular season begins at Q2 Stadium on February 26, when the Verde & Black will host FC Cincinnati. The February 26 regular season opener at Q2 Stadium will be the first-ever matchup between Austin FC and FC Cincinnati. Tickets for all regular season matches are now on sale at www.austinfc.com and www.q2stadium.com.
