Arpad Mihaly Loaned To Binghamton Senators

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League and the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, today announced that left wing Arpad Mihaly ("AR pahd mih HAW lee") has been loaned to the Binghamton Senators of the AHL. Mihaly, (6'4"/220 lbs.) (26), a seventh year pro who was born in Miercurea, Romania, has scored sixteen goals and assisted on twelve others in twenty four games with the Royals this season. Mihaly was loaned to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the AHL earlier this month and played two games with the Penguins before returning to the Royals.

The Royals return to the Sovereign Center this afternoon (1:00 pm) against the Wheeling Nailers, when everyone under 18 years of age can get in for just $6.00; and the first 1500 fans 21 years of age or older will receive a Royals' 'cooler bag' courtesy of Labatt's Blue and All Star Distributing. Royals' game night broadcasts can be heard live on ESPN Radio 1240 am (and on the internet through the Royals' website, www.royalshockey.com), beginning thirty minutes before the opening face-off. Streaming video is also available for $6.00 per game through the B2 Networks, which can be accessed through the Royals' website.
