Springfield Armor News Release
Springfield, Mass. - The Springfield Armor announced today a trade with the Delaware 87ers, sending forward Damian Saunders to Delaware along with the 6th overall selection (first round) in tonight's draft and their own third round pick in the 2014 draft. In return the Armor receive Delaware's first round and third round selections in the 2014 draft along with the returning player rights to UConn alum Jerome Dyson.
The Armor now have a total of 7 draft picks in tonight's 8 round 2013 NBA D-League Draft. The Armor hold 2 third round picks (37th & 47th overall) as well as the 3rd pick in the 5 subsequent rounds.
