Skyforce Selects Six Players in 2013 NBA Development League Draft

Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Skyforce selected former NBA player Quincy Douby with the third overall pick in the 2013 NBA Development League Draft.

Selected by the Sacramento Kings in the first round (19th overall) of the 2006 NBA Draft, Douby has NBA career averages of 4.1 points and 1.1 rebounds in 143 games with the Kings (136) and Toronto Raptors (7). Douby averaged 18.0 points and 3.6 rebounds in five games with the Erie BayHawks in 2008-09 before earning a call-up to the Raptors. The 6-3, 175-pound guard averaged 17.8 points and 2.9 rebounds in three seasons (95 games) at Rutgers University.

The six players selected by the Skyforce will join training camp invitees Chris Ayer, Joe Davis, Larry Drew II, Justin Hamilton, Grant Johnson, Robert Martina, Anthony Mason Jr., Jeffrey Remmington, Bill Walker and Roshun Wynne in Sioux Falls for the start of training camp on Thursday, Nov. 7.

Season tickets and 12-ticket flex packs for the 2013-14 season are on sale. Discounts and benefits are available for groups of 10 or more. Single game tickets will go on sale Monday, Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. The home opener is set for Friday, Nov. 22 against the Reno Bighorns. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. CT at the Sanford Pentagon.
